At the heart of conflict, there is a truth

At the heart of every conflict, there is truth. Often the truth is more subtle than meets the eye. If you engage with conflict deeply with an intention to know truth, it can take you to deeper levels of understanding of life.

Here are some questions to explore conflict:

1. What do I want for me?

2. What do I want for the other person?

3. What do I want for the relationship?

4. What is the common ground or mutual purpose?

5. What is a step in the direction of realizing this mutual purpose? No perfection, but improvement.

About Saurabh J. Madan

What is my life's purpose? Why am I here. This work is my answer to me. It is work that connects me to joy. It reminds me of the privilege of living with purpose. It energises me, challenges me, exhausts me, motivates me, demands my very life from me so it can give me back even more. This work is my dream. I am here to help other dreamers realize their dreams here on earth.
