Exercises: 100,000 affirmations - building focus

This is a picture of how I kept track of 100,000 affirmations. Some counts were approximate. This is Okay

Often when working with the mind, we underestimate the kind of effort that is needed. We feel that I have been doing 10 affirmations a day, but things are not moving ... When we study the effort of people who have made big changes to their lives, it takes a lot more heart.

Here is one case that really inspired me. After 38 days of (not)working, one of my students found she had 300 rupees left in her account. Though she was an accomplished manifester and had many accomplishments and accolades under her belt, her mind was distracted by 10 different things.

Such people have powerful minds and are good visualizers. They just have not been using their faculties. So for them, bringing attention to the task at hand is enough. If the task is big, they need more attention, therefore the 100k number. From that day she started putting in a lot of effort.

Her affirmation was  -
"Money comes easily and frequently; I (already) have enough"

The first day, she did 300.
The next day, she did 500. (in the school bus)
The next day, she did 800. (She did it early in the morning)
In 10 days, she was doing 3000 a day.

Soon she was unstoppable. After the first day, a friend returned 3000 rupees. Within 2 weeks, she had gotten job offers that increased her pay by almost 8000 a month. Her pay at her own job increased - twice. Giving her a much-needed breather. Her relationship with her boss also improved.

This is not the end of course. We have to keep on repeating, keep visualizing the creation. Keep adding details to it. And with consistent effort, and sometimes healing to clear away old trapped energy, we can make our way ahead towards any goal.
