Three lessons in Power

1. Never use power to hurt anyone - Man, animal, plant,  rock or, most importantly, self.
Find expressions of power that are constructive. Lazer Tag is an example of an expression of power that does not hurt anyone. Photographing rare animals is another way to practice one's aim.

2. Give credit to those who have created your power.
Taj Mahal was built by an Iranian (then Persian) architect, but nobody knows about him today. The 20,000 laborers whose hands were cut off after its construction did the major work. An emperor should acknowledge the efforts of all those who contributed to his Taj Mahal. As is its way, humanity forgets the simple, the small, who play the part. The big and prominent have to give this credit to them.

3. Do not use power for Ego Gratification
I am the best is the motive that will lead to ruin. I am here to serve will be better. It is not the act but the essence that will determine this. There is an Olympic athlete who ran for Bosnia when it was torn apart by war. This is the service of power. Running when firing was going on through the streets of her country. This is the exalted expression, otherwise, like Alexander, we will go to the grave having realized that we wasted our power.
